The Villages Grown™ will provide organizations with the freshest, tastiest, most consistent, nutrient-dense and unique ingredients found in Central Florida. Not only will we grow, harvest, and process a bounty of vegetable varieties, but we will also aggregate products from other local, multi-generational family farms and food artisans throughout the region to bring customers a full suite of local offerings. Our farm operation will provide produce varieties grown in controlled environment greenhouses that utilize advanced growing technologies, as well as field-grown produce options. Our horticulturists have over three decades of expertise, and promise quality produce that has tremendous flavor, while also providing an abundance of nutrients. With our aim being to provide our customers with the freshest produce possible, we will deliver within a 24-48 hour window of harvest. We will also provide custom produce growing, which will allow for unique and diverse culinary options.
